Template Library: Pick any template from their huge and ever-growing library of templates. All templates can be customized, tweaked and added to a personal library of templates.
Template Wizard: Want to use custom colors to make a template quickly? Try Doodlekit’s Template Wizard. Pick the colors wanted, make some simple design choices and… Abracadabra! A custom designed template is generated.
Template Sharing: Got some really cool templates to share? No problem! All Doodlekit templates can be exported/imported to other Doodlekit websites.
Template Design Tools: Every aspect of a template can be changed. Colors, borders, rounded corners, transparencies, layouts, etc. Doodlekit’s advanced design tools allow for the creation of custom website templates.
Multiple Layouts: Users can now pick what type of layout they want for their website. Layouts can have zero, one or two sidebars as well as an optional footer bar to hold boxes of content they create.
Landing Pages: Websites can now have landing pages. Landing pages have their own custom design options separate from the main template. They also have new advanced SEO options that allows for customizing each page’s title and meta data.
Header Image Slideshow: Multiple images can be uploaded and used in the header. Images can be cropped, resized, and made into a slideshow. Header images can be a logo or a banner.
Header Plates: Header banner images have the option of using ‘plates.’ Plates are images that overlay header photos. They add more flair to the design and help set a theme to the website. Plate colors are customizable.
Background Patterns and Textures: Each major section of a website has the option to pick different background patterns and textures from Doodlekit’s library of images. All background pattern and texture colors are customizable.
Border Effects: Border effects can be added to different sections of a website. Use borders like stitching flowers, or torn paper edges to enhance a design. Border effect colors are customizable.
Fonts: Hundreds of different fonts to choose from for a website’s text and titles.
